Having spent over 15 successful years in operational leadership roles in the corporate world, Kelsey accumulated a vast knowledge of business strategies, leadership principles, and operational planning. While rising quickly on the corporate leadership ladder, she came across an opportunity at a small business company that changed the trajectory of her career. By helping transform processes and team culture in this new role, Kelsey quickly discovered that her leadership skills were needed in the small business industry, and she set out on a mission to help ensure that other small business owners and leaders have the support they need to grow their businesses.
